Better UK

Be Military Fit (BMF)

Our friends at Be Military Fit hosted a number of free 'have a go' sessions across The Nation's Biggest Sports Day. Didn't manage to get along to one or worried it will be a bit intense for you? Think again! BMF pride themselves delivering workouts which are suitable for all abilities.

National Badminton Centre, Milton Keynes

Alex and the team at Badminton England were fantastic hosts of one of our Hero Activities at this year's Nation's Biggest Sports Day. With activities for all the family, including a special glow in the dark UV badminton session, it was a great day out for novices and aficionados alike!

GoodGym

A national running club who combine regular exercise with helping the community, GoodGym were another of our Hero Activity hosts on The Nation's Biggest Sports Day, working together to help transform Bristol's Eastville Park!

GoodGym sessions are welcoming and inclusive, and no one is left behind. There are special 'starter sessions' for those just starting out with running, and there is always a back marker at every session to make sure no one gets left behind.
